AERATING: Improves drainage, reduces runoff, and allows nutrients to reach the roots: Entire Yard $129 (up to 2,000 sq ft, add $25 for each additional 500 sq ft) -Aerating service available when combined with at least one other service.

DETHATCHING: Removes moss and dead grass and allows your lawn to grow thick and healthy: Entire Yard $129 (up to 2,000 sq ft, add $25 for each additional 500 sq ft)

RAKE & BAG: Complete thatch and moss cleanup after thatching – the hardest part of the job! $50 per 500 sq ft

MOSS KILLER: Works with thatching to complete moss kill: $32 per 500 sq ft

WEED KILLER TREATMENT: This potent weed control spray will kill over 90 hard to control lawn weeds, including lover, dandelion, chickweed, crabgrass, and horsetail: $55 per 500 sq ft

FERTILIZER: Recommended for newly seeded lawns: $32 per 500 sq ft

OVERSEEDING: Recommended for lawns that have just been dethatched and / or aerated: $49 per 500 sq ft.

TOPDRESSING: Highly recommended! We mix peat moss, soil conditioner, topsoil, and pacific garden mulch together for the perfect top dressing formulation. Peat moss is a atural, organic soil conditioner that regulates moisture and air around lant roots and works even better when combined with soil and sand: $97 per 500 sq ft dressing formulation. HAUL AWAY DEBRIS: Removal of bags of thatch and moss – each bag is heavy enough to cause back pain and most lawns that have been dethatched will end up with several heavy bags of thatch debris: $55 per 500 sq ft.

LAWN MOWING: $60 (up to 2,000 sq ft, add $12 per 500 sq ft thereafter)* -Lawn mowing available when combined with at least one other service

ESP PACKAGE!! Order a full lawn renovation package, which includes aerating, dethatching, rake & bag, overseed, organic fertilizer, moss killer and Topdressing, and we will include a free mow & trim. (price is based on size of lawn).

SPRING CLEANUP: Rake and bag fall leaves and fallen tree branches: Inquire for bid

BARK OR MULCH: We can deliver and spread bark in your planting beds. Inquire for bid.

Pressure Washing: Driveway, walkway, garage, patio, fence, or deck. Inquire for bid.

Regular Lawn mowing service (hire us to provide weekly or bi-weekly lawn mowing service. Inquire for bid.

Your yard will be serviced between 8 am – 7 pm. Please mark sprinkler heads prior to service if ordering thatching or aerating. We work in the rain so rain delays are rare!
